Flea Market Set-up, Friday 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.

The Gainesville Hamfest Flea Market is  inside the air-conditioned Gainesville Civic Center. Tailgate space is outside.
Please get your table request in early as we do expect a sell-out.

The CIVIC CENTER is conveniently located one block from Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Taco Bell,  Braums, and Quality Inn (formerly Holiday Inn), so there are plenty of eating establishments near the Hamfest.  Only those persons having a FLEA MARKET EXHIBITORS badge will be allowed to enter the market during set-up hours. The Flea Market will be secured during non-show and non-setup hours, but Gainesville Hamfest cannot assume responsibility for any loss or theft of property.  Under the Laws of the State of Texas, Sales Tax is due on all sales made at the Flea Market. 

Sorry, no pets allowed in the building.
 

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1.  Tables are not transferable. 

2.  Tables not CLAIMED AND OCCUPIED by 10:00 a.m. Saturday, will be subject to resale UNLESS you have made prior arrangement with the Flea Market Director for late arrival.  NO refunds of unused tables will be made after the Pre-registration cut-off date of August 16, 2008. 

3.  By order of the Fire Marshall, no items may be placed in the aisles.

4.  Civic Center rules prohibit attaching anything to the walls.  (i.e. signs, posters, etc.)
